What We Are
We are an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Manufacturing Group producing Electrical & Mechanical and Rubber Products since 1964 with the technology to produce every product from designing to production. Since its inception the Group has been an Original Equipment Supplier to a number of Automotive Vehicles, Outdoor Power Equipments, Agri-Machinery, Commercial Vehicle and Construction Equipment Manufacturers.
The Group as of today is an OEM supplier to more than 20 OEM's in India and export to more than 30 countries worldwide. Some of these are USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, Belgium, Ireland, South Africa, Poland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Finland, France and Denmark, etc.

The Group finds it's history tracing back to 1964 when it all started in a small rented workshop with 5 employees. Today it consists of 3 Manufacturing unit which are fully equipped and self sufficient with all facilities from engineering, testing and manufacturing.

The parent company of the group engaged in the administrative and the marketing of the product and services globally. Pheon governs distribution strenths in North America, Europe, Australia, Africa and Asia.
Ratek Pheon Friction Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Ratek Pheon Friction Technologies is a Developer and Manufacturer of High Performance Friction Disc and Allied Components to the Automotive, Off Highway and Construction Equipment Industry. RPF has developed their own Friction Materials and technologies which assist us in custom designing a product to each application. Complete solutions covering Friction Disc, Mating Discs and Disc Packs are designed and offered to the Customer. Ratek Pheon Friction Technologies in a Joint Venture between Ratek Industries, Israel and Pheon, India. Both Ratek and Pheon have more than 40 years of experience in their respective fields of manufacturing of Auto components.
Wesco Auto Products (I) Pvt. Ltd.
Established in the year 1964, Wesco is the flagship company of the Group. Wesco manufacturers a comprehensive range of Electrical & Mechanical Components and is an Approved OEM supplier to a number of Agri-Machinery and Construction Equipment Manufacturers.
Power Pak Rubber Belts Pvt. Ltd.
Since 1987, Power Pak manufactures a wide rage of V-Belts and Rubber Moulded Components. In 2007 Power Pak developed and launched a specialised True Endless Bale Wrapper / Baler Belts which find application in Round Baler Machines. These products are being supplied to major distributors and manufacturers in Europe & North America.
