A Legacy of Manufacturing Excellence Built Across Our Units
Established in 1964, the Group began its journey in a modest rented workshop with a workforce of five employees. Through sustained growth and a commitment to excellence, the organization has since evolved into a robust industrial group. Today, it operates three state-of-the-art manufacturing units, each fully equipped and self-sufficient, offering integrated capabilities across Engineering, Testing and Manufacturing.
PHEON AUTO TECH PRIVATE LIMITED
The parent company of the group oversees administrative functions and manages the global marketing of its products and services. Pheon also leads and strengthens distribution networks across North America, Europe, Australia, Africa, and Asia, ensuring consistent reach and reliable delivery worldwide.
RATEK PHEON FRICTION TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.
Ratek Pheon Friction Technologies develops and manufactures high-performance friction discs and components for tractors, agricultural, material handling, and construction equipment. RPF uses its own materials and technologies to create custom products for each application. It is a joint venture between Ratek Industries Ltd., Israel and Pheon Auto Tech Pvt. Ltd.
POWER PAK RUBBER BELTS PRIVATE LIMITED
Since 1987, Power Pak manufactures a wide range of V-Belts and Rubber Moulded Components for tractors, agricultural machinery, outdoor power equipment, material handling equipment and construction equipment. These products are supplied to major distributors and manufacturers in Europe & North America.

- Western Electrical Spares Co.
- Was Setup in one Room to produce Ignition Switch for Land master.
- The Company won it's first OE Order from TATA Mercedes Trucks for supply of Push Pull Switch and Head Lamp Switch.
- List of OEM Clients grew to 4 incl. various tractor and motorcycle manufacturers.
- Co. is re-christened as
- Wesco Auto Products (I) Pvt. Ltd.
- Products : Fuel Tank Caps, Brake Switch, Oil Pressure Switch, etc.
- Powerpak sets up it first Manufacturing Unit in Delhi.
- In the very first year it becomes market leader in states of Punjab, Haryana, Gujrat.
- Powerpak was approved for supplies to 7 State run Transport Companies under the Govt. of India.
